    The Aligarh Development Authority (ADA) has launched several strategic initiatives aimed at systematic urban development, infrastructure enhancement, and citizen-centric services in Aligarh.

    These initiatives focus on long-term planning, housing, environment, and digital governance. Key initiatives include:

    • Master Plan Development (2021–2041) for structured urban growth
    • Affordable Housing Projects under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)
    • Smart City Proposal Support for infrastructure modernization
    • Road Widening & Infrastructure Upgrades to ease congestion
    • New Township Planning on city outskirts with modern amenities
    • Online Services like map approvals and grievance redressal
    • Development of Green & Recreational Zones including parks
    • Regulation and formalization of unauthorized colonies
